Sales Representative


Your Responsibilities.

  • Acquisition of new clients, primarily C-level executives
  • Qualification/nurturing of new leads to ensure permanently full sales pipeline
  • Create use cases based on client needs
  • In-depth knowledge of EMBRACE’s products and services
  • Competent sales of EMBRACE’s service portfolio
  • Specific market research, in particular competitor analysis, market mapping
  • Bi-weekly reporting incl. forecasting of sales vs available capacity
  • Preparation of internal & external sales / customer meetings and presentations
  • Annual quota responsibility of at least €150k+ of contract value with major sized clients
  • Keeping current with supply & demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors

Your Qualifications.

  • 7+ years proven consultative sales experience to multinational companies, preferably internationally
  • Proven sales track record with strong evidence of success
  • Ability to prospect & manage C-level relationships within medium and large organizations
  • Knowledge of the full life cycle of the sales process from prospecting to close
  • Proven experience building excellent client relationships, offering value added, strategic insight into their business
  • Excellent written & oral presentation skills; strong delivery via animated PPTs & Prezi
  • Ability to develop and conduct effective presentations with contract decision makers (C-level)
  • Strong negotiating & sales closure skills, combined with a high proficiency in client & capacity planning
  • Advanced analytical skills & strong computer proficiency
  • Languages: excellent, near-to-native representative English and German; CEE language(s) a plus
  • High social competence and willingness to communicate with people from different cultures
  • High degree of self-organization and self-motivation
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
  • Nice-to-have: University degree in business administration (or equivalent)
